Jordan is a member of the Oregon State Bar. He is admitted to practice law in the United States District Court for the District of Oregon, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. In 2011, Jordan graduated from the University of Oregon School of Law, and while he was in Law School worked with the Lane County Public Defender's office representing clients. Prior to Law School, Jordan graduated from the University of Wisconsin Madison where he received his Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and English.
